From the author
I have had the profound
urge from the beginning to become a writer, which persuaded me to write this
fiction novel ‘ASURA THE KING OF BLACK WORLD’
The novel is a fictional
story, with interesting points that make the reader inspire to read each and
every page with enthusiasm this is my maiden venture, with own publication with
various aspects such as reasoning, love, superstitions and action involved in
it.
I have dealt with this
fiction novel in a lucid way with appropriate messages wherever necessary,
which are related to life.
An attempt is made in this
novel to enlighten the people of present day with message and even recreation.
Hope everyone receives the
novel whole heartedly.

Firstly, I whole heartedly
thank each and every one who helped me with my maiden venture, ‘ASURA THE KING
OF BLACKWORLD’ by giving me the moral support.

gratitude to my parents and uncle who inspired and incessant support at all

1. The
another world
Once upon a time, before
the creation of the universe, God was playing many games. God felt bored with
the old games and thought to start a new game. He then needed a playground and
players for the game. So he started to create the universe. In this universe,
he created Earth. On this Earth, in the form of players he created human
beings. For the needs of life, all facilities have been provided such as air,
sunlight, rain, water, and other things that are essential for life to exist on
the Earth. All these sources that are considered as basic amenities, coming to
the Earth in the form of some kind of energy from another world known as energy
world and it can be called as magical world created by the God.
After long time, God
appeared before the people and said, “This Earth is created by me, as a playground
and you are the players in my game. Now it’s time to start the game. The game
rules are, you are given birth and all facilities are provided for your living.
By using these, you have to fight for your natural death. And in this game,
your points and credits will be awarded according to your behavior towards the
other people and other living organisms in the form of sins and good deeds.
Winners will be sent to
heaven and the losers will be given another chance to play this game in the
form of rebirth. The people who break the rules will be removed from the game
and their souls will be sent to the world of spirits”. God wanted to see how
the people would perform their duties. In his creation, birth of a new life has
become a miracle for all the people.
On listening to the words of the God, all the people
started their part of the game in the form of deeds, both good and bad.
Everyone is thinking of winning the game but they don’t know what the future is
going to be. In the beginning, every person used to help others very kindly in
their needs and in their works. But later, they started thinking, ‘if we will
help others, then how can we win the game? We should not help anyone, so that
we will win the game, which is being played by the God’. From then onwards,
very a few people used to help others and that too not in every aspect.
Everyone started to build
their own houses and started to live their own life. Births increased and
accordingly the needs of the people increased. Due to all these circumstances,
competition between the people started. During that time, people followed the
barter system for fulfilling their different requirements from different
persons. Barter system is nothing but exchanging the goods which they possess
with the ones they don’t have. The barter system became very tough for the
people, as they were unable to decide the quantity to be exchanged. All of them
needed an easy process of buying and selling. So they created a common material
for easy exchanging of materials and named it as ‘money’ for their own use.
Mankind itself created the money to solve the problems, but they never expected
that this money itself would create a big problem in future.
The disparity between
some groups was great because of the large and vast size of the Earth. But the
people didn’t even know that our Earth is spherical in shape. Every one used to
think that our Earth’s surface is flat, like a square, and at its end, they
would fall down from the surface to some other place that is very deep. The
difference between the different groups of people became the reason for the
formation of different continents, countries and different regions. In
different continents and countries, Kingdoms came into existence. They thought
that, even though the regions have been divided equally, if people from other
region attack their region then the people in their region will suffer a lot.
For the protection of their region, they required an army with some people good
in war skills and their region must be lead by a leader who has good knowledge
to protect their region and its people. By this way Kings and Kingdoms were
formed and it later led to different living aspects which were both good and
bad.
Even though the regions
have been formed, people were still in confusion that, ‘There are people with
different talents and different professions, living in their own region. How to
identify people with particular talents and professions from the numerous
people? Some are professional in war skills, some in studies with great knowledge,
some in medicine and some in construction; some people are experts in
cultivation and agriculture and some in cattle rearing and others in domestic
purpose and some of them in other activities’. After a prolong discussion,
people decided to divide themselves into different groups according to their
professions. Different professions came out and people were divided into
different groups. For the sake of identifying the people of different
professions and talent, these groups have been named as ‘castes’. Each group
was given equal importance. It was difficult for any group to survive without
depending on the others for obtaining their needs. Thus each group was in need
of another group. But later this caste system played a very vital role for many
changes in human thinking.
God has been observing
everything that is going on the Earth. He started thinking that his game was
going to be very interesting in future. And he wanted to see what these people
were going to do next and another war is going to start among them. Gradually
different customs and traditions were created among the people for their timely
use. Due to these customs, different cultures have been formed and human beings
have created different cultures according to their situation, which has a very
bad impact on the people till now. Therefore, everything has been created for
the sake of man, even the bad has been created by the man himself.
As the Kingdoms were
established, wars between them started. Many years have passed. Lots of changes
were done in the ruling system. Many of them had different thoughts to put into
practice, different types of rules and different types of leadership. Yet they
have started combating for leadership and for Kingdom. Some of them flagged wars
for Kingdom and some for ruling the world. However, there are other people who
are enthusiastic to rule the magical world from where all sources of energy are
coming to the Earth. If they win over the magical world, then there would be no
necessity to fear of God or death, furthermore they will command the death.
Asura is one of those who are
willing to persuade the magical world. He is an individual with great
proficiency and belief in witchcraft. He used to study the manuscripts, which
were written by the ancient people. There are some people in ancient time, who
used to research about the hidden secrets of the universe and about the
creations of the God. They used to write these manuscripts for giving the
information to the future generation and they handed over these to the Kings of
the Kingdom they belonged to. Asura came to know that the manuscripts about the
magical world are at hand with a King named Vijayendra,
the ruler of a Kingdom in his vicinity. But the King was an archetypal person
who never cares about anything.
After knowing that the
manuscripts are with Vijayendra, Asura went to make a deal with him. While
entering into the fort, the soldiers who were present at the first gate stopped
him as he was looking like a man who is well trained in witchcraft. They
started investigating him. They questioned him who he was and from where he was
coming? He answered in a polite manner “My name is Asura. I came here for a
deal with your King and I have no particular place to live. I will take shelter
where I get to live, either in the King fort or in the graveyard”. After giving
his information, he enlarged intensity of his voice and started speaking in an
intimidating manner “How numerous answers should I tell you, is it an exam? Go
and inform your King that Asura had come to make a proposal and tell him not
make me to wait for a long time.” On hearing his words, a soldier went to the
King and informed about the arrival of Asura.
After listening to the
situation about his arrival in the fort, Vijayendra asked his minister about
Asura, “Who the hell is this Asura? Is he problematic to our Kingdom? Do you
have any information about this type of persons?”
Then minister started
answering about Asura, “He is a person who is well skilled in witchcraft. From
his childhood, he used to hate the people due to the situations that happened
in his past. He thinks that the loss of his happiness is due to the people.
After his training in witchcraft, he started killing the people who go up
against him and who did not agree with his words”.
On hearing the words of his minister, King asked,
“What does this witchcraft mean?”
Then minister replied,
“Witchcraft is not anything but doing harm to the people who do not agree with
him or go against him. The persons who desires to be against God will follow
the witchcraft and its powers. This witchcraft is used to make bad deeds. He
can do any illegal or bad things by means of this. He can also control and kill
all the people if he wishes”.
King started thinking
regarding Asura and the cause for his approaching and the proposal he had
brought. He was unable to understand that the person who had plenty of power,
even to control the people and make them slaves came to him for a proposal. He
ordered the soldiers to bring Asura in a polite manner.
Asura stood in front of
the King. He was provided a chair to be seated. On seeing this Asura asked him,
“Your face looks frightened on hearing about my arrival”.
The King replied, “I am
the King who certainly not gets scared for anything. It is our honour to
provide a seat for the guest who came for a proposal. It just means that we are
giving respect to you as a guest of mine for today. And I wish to ask you a
question, as you told my soldiers, that you will live in any King’s fort or
graveyard. Is it true, and why is it so?”
He replied, “Well I told
them that if I desire to live in King’s Fort, I will. But my profession is
against luxury. I don’t require any luxury. And I will stay in graveyard
because, after a person’s death, his soul will go after his body up to the
grave yard due to the love upon its body and we find many good souls as well as
bad souls. You are the King who rule the people, and I am the King who rule
over the spirits. You should be in Kingdom for your people and I should live in
a graveyard or burial ground for catching and ruling the spirits”.
On hearing his answer,
the king questioned, “What made you like this and why did you trained in
witchcraft?”
Asura replied in a harsh
voice “It is none of your business. I am not here to answer your stupid
questions. I came here with a proposal. I have to question you and you have to
answer me”.
Vijayendra, with a panic
in his face asked him “What is the proposal and what is the reason for your
visit?” He is waiting for Asura’s reply whether it is good or bad.
After listening to his
question, Asura slowly raised his head, smiled and said, “I came to know that
the manuscripts about the secrets of magical world which was written by the
great ancestors, after a long research, are at present with you and I require
those manuscripts. If you give those manuscripts to me, I will give you heaps
of wealth. Your Kingdom will be the richest one. You can buy this world ten
times with the money which I am going to offer”.
The answer of Asura
astonished the King. He thought that what is in those ancient bloody manuscripts
and what he is going to do by means of it. “How can you give me a lots of
amount which you have told, as you live in a place like graveyard or burial
ground, you don’t even have appropriate clothes to put on and what is present
in those manuscripts? If you crave to get those manuscripts, you must answer my
questions,” he said to Asura.
He agreed to tell the
secrets present in the manuscripts, “After the origin of human life, God had
told them about their duties and rules of the game which he has started. There
are many hidden secrets which God had hidden from the people, to keep the
people in certain limits. He has not even told them about witchcraft and
existence of evil. Many of them started investigating about the formation and
hidden secrets of the Universe. During this, they came to know about the
secrets of magical world.
There is also a Kingdom
of the magical world and the ruler will rule all the energy sources, which are
coming to our Earth. Without those energy sources, human life cannot survive.
The King who is ruling the magical world has even capacity to question the
death. And he will be the person, after God, to pray by the people in the next
coming days. To reach the magical world, we require a path to the magical world
and the rules for entering into that world is written in the manuscripts. If
you give me those manuscripts, then I can rule the magical world by defeating
the King. It also contains how the King can be defeated. The living creatures
on this Earth will become my slaves.”
Vijayendra was shocked
and shouted on Asura, “Making people as slaves is not a good deed. Ruling the
magical world by a wicked person like you is against the rules of nature. God
will punish you”
“Ok, call the God”, Asura
simply smiled looking the King. “God will not appear in front of a good person
even if he prays a lot, but he appears in front of a bad person even if they
don’t pray”.
“You are telling that
making people as slaves is not a good deed, but you are riding a horse by
making it as your slave. You are killing animals in the name of hunting, is it
good? Both are living beings, both are equal. According to you making the
animals as slaves is correct similarly according to me making people as slaves
is also correct”
“These people are just like
animals to me and are soon going to be my slaves. Now give me the manuscripts
and accept my offer”, Asura replied.
The king’s Court is
completely silent. Not even a single person dared to raise a single word due to
the fear of Asura. Vijayendra started thinking about the proposal made by the
Asura. “If I give the manuscripts to Asura, the total world will be under his
control but my Kingdom will be the richest in whole world and if I won’t give
the manuscripts, Asura will kill me and then he may destroy my Kingdom and take
over the scripts. Whatever may happen, giving the manuscripts is the best
solution”.
He told Asura, “I agree
to your proposal. At present, the manuscript are not here. It is in the locker
of the Court’s treasure. Please take rest in my palace until evening, with all
facilities provided by us. We will hand over them in the evening”.
King’s palace is very
large with all facilities. It just resembles a paradise. There are many
servants for serving what he needed. He was offered a room with all
arrangements. It is too silent a place for getting disturbed. Asura sat down
for meditation even though he was offered a nice and very comfortable bed.
After a while, Vijayendra
entered the room given to the Asura. He saw that Asura is sitting down on the
floor instead of using the comfortable bed to take rest. Then he started
speaking to him that “Sir, you have been provided with nice bed and comfortable
mattress to take rest then why are you sitting on the floor for the purpose of
meditation?”
Asura slowly opened his
eyes “I don’t wish to enjoy this luxury. Enjoying the luxury is against my will
and profession. And meditation is to be done only on the floor. Our
concentration will be continued when our body is acting by the attachment of
the Earth. The position in which we are sitting on the floor in contact with
the Earth’s surface will increase our concentration” he replied.
“You are willing to rule
the magical world, but you are telling that you stay away from luxury, why is
it not the same?” the King questioned.
Then Asura replied,
“These both are not same. Ruling means taking everything into my custody, even
the breath that you are taking. Luxury means enjoying all the facilities for my
living sake. Is your doubt cleared? Now bring the manuscripts soon”.
While the King is about
to talk, a soldier came into their presence and said, “The minister whom you
sent to bring the manuscripts is missing. And soldiers who went along with him
were caught and they are telling that the minister is not willing to hand over
the scripts to Asura for a bad cause and started going in north direction away
from our Kingdom”.
On hearing this, Asura
burst with rage and started looking at the King seriously. He shouted at the
King, “It is a perfect plan to shift the scripts from your Kingdom and away
from me. You will be punished by me”.
With fear, the King
pulled out his sword to kill Asura. He started to fight Asura. He moved his
sword very fast towards Asura’s neck. There was a major cut on the neck of
Asura. The blood was oozing out, but suddenly the damage was recovered. On
observing this, the King was shocked. Then he jumped on him to kill him but he
was unable to defeat Asura. Asura started laughing loudly and held the throat
of the King. He then tightened his fist. His nails made their way through
King’s neck, cutting his nerves and the King was dead.
On seeing the King’s
death, the soldiers started attacking Asura. He gently moved on cutting the
throats of all soldiers who came near him with the help of his magical power.
Then He started towards
the north side of the Kingdom in search of the minister. He came to know that
the Minister went in the north direction through the forest way. Asura started
travelling in the same direction by entering the forest. He had the power of
understanding the language of all type of animals and birds too. He started
asking different types of birds about the direction which by the minister.
After travelling a little
distance he came to a place where there is no path further. He was confused
where to go. He could not see even a single bird to ask about the direction
taken up by the minister. He started coming back and found a lake there. He
went near the lake to quench his thirst. Near the lake, he saw a mango tree. He
plucked some mangoes to eat and started thinking that there is very less time
left. After that short time, there is no necessity for me to take food and
water to live. After a little time passed, he noticed a group of monkeys
passing from north towards south direction.
He stopped those monkeys
and asked, “Did you see any person holding some manuscripts heading towards
north direction?”
The monkeys looked at him
surprisingly as he can understand and communicate with them. The monkey, which
is leading the group, looked at him by turning around and asked him “How can
you understand our language? Who are you?”
“I am Asura, going to
rule this universe. Don’t feel bad, you are going to become my slaves”, he
laughed. By showing the mango fruit, he told them “If you will tell me the person
about whom I asked, I will reward you with this fruits and a garden of fruits,
otherwise I will kill you with this fruit itself”.
By saying this, he kept
the fruit aside. However, a monkey in the group lost its control, picked the
fruit swiftly from his side and started eating. After taking two bites, it
started shouting loudly, then fell down and burned. The monkey died in front of
its group by burning after eating the fruit.
The group of monkeys were
scared on seeing the situation, which took place right in front of them. They
said, “We saw a person passing towards north direction with some manuscripts.
And we will help you in finding him”.
On listening to the words of the monkeys, he
started towards the direction along with the monkeys group. And the monkeys
group also started helping him.
A day had passed. The
minister was travelling through the forest. The forest was very dense. After
travelling a little distance, he heard some sound. Suddenly he stopped and
started looking around. He noticed that a group of monkeys coming towards him.
Again, he started moving, and then he noticed that Asura was also coming
towards him. He was shocked and started running, hiding himself behind the
trees. Then he decided to burn the script to protect the people from becoming
slaves.
As he started burning the
script, Asura noticed and started running towards him, and kicked him with full
force. The minister fell down. Then
Asura tried to stop the script from burning. But major part of it was burnt.
And a very small part of it was left over. Then the minister tried to destroy
the remaining part of the script. But Asura was very angry on him. He started
thrashing him very severely. He then signalled all the monkeys to kill the
minister. All the monkeys attacked the minister and the minister was killed.
Asura started reading the
hidden secret which was in the remaining part of the manuscript. The remaining
part consists how to reach the magical world and how the King of magical world
can be defeated. But the starting part which had the rules, was totally burnt.
Even then, he wants to finish his task. However, he came to know how to reach
the path and how he could defeat the King.
He started preparation
for the war with the King of magical world. He started waking up the evil spirits
to make his army. He didn’t know what is going to be present at the entrance
and didn’t know how much protection is needed. He only knows the path to reach
the entrance of the magical world. He came to know that the route to the
entrance exists amidst the ocean where there is no water. Even though the path,
leading deep down to the ocean, is surrounded by water flowing with full force,
the water never enters the path, which leads to the entrance.
Though it was a difficult
task for him, he started moving forward. At first, he was shocked to know that
the path is in middle of the ocean and the path takes them to the door of
magical world.
The next day, he went to his place
where he lives. The place was nothing but a graveyard and started waking up all
the evil spirits to form an army so that he can defeat the army who were
present in the magical world and win the world with the help of his army of
spirits. Then he moved towards the ocean and went between the oceans where the
path is present. In the middle of the ocean, he saw a cyclone, which forms a
route heading downwards. He went into the gap of cyclone formed in the ocean
and his servants followed him. As the servants are just spirits, there will
have no effect to any of them, as they have no body. After moving a certain distance, they reached
at the entrance of the other world. And, there was the magical world. Even the
path they covered until then was entirely different and was full of magical
creations.
Two gatekeepers
(protectors) protected the entrance. As Asura came near to the gate with his
army, the two protectors stopped them at the gate and one of them started
talking to him politely, “You have to stop here it, there is no entry for a
common person to enter into the magical world. You have to go back from this
place”.
Asura
was very eager to enter the other world and to rule it. After listening to his
words, he replied with a smile “I am Asura, ruler of the world and wish to rule
the magical world too. Please allow my army and me to enter into the magical
world. If you will not open the gate, I will have to kill you”.
He didn’t know that only
a single protector is capable of destroy his entire army. They are very
powerful, and opening the door of the entrance is also not so easy. They said
him “To open the door of the entrance, you need a key for the door and you
don’t have the key. So if you want to enter into another world, you need to
face both of us”.
